Just thought, I'd share this: I don't think that a small new company really knows or realizes the importance in customers reviews. It really helps alot with new or potential customers determining whether they want to do business with you. We put out a survey for our company, just to see what our customers thought. (Truthfully, most customers would fill out a survey if they had a problem, then openly tell, right?)

I love this @jessbru99568! Good on you for being so proactive. Feedback is a gift - positive and constructive. The positive is such a great high-five on what to continue. The constructive can be business-saving in terms of addressing an issue you don't know about. It's hard and scary sometimes to ask for it, but when you do, there's always a great pay-off. Well done!!
